Resumo

Este artigo discute a articulação entre linguagem, corpo e estrutura psíquica no contexto da psicoterapia reichiana, integrando conceitos da linguística, da psicanálise, da fenomenologia e da teoria do caráter. A palavra é compreendida como signo, gesto, ação e investimento energético, enquanto o corpo é concebido como campo dinâmico atravessado por história biológica, psíquica e social. Analisam-se os modos de comunicação característicos de diferentes estruturas clínicas e os três momentos do processo terapêutico, propondo uma abordagem integrada entre corpo, energia e linguagem.

Fundadora da Neurofocus Psicoterapias. Pesquisadora do Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisas sobre Análise Reichiana - NEPAR - UFRRJ / CNPq. Psicóloga e Ppsicoterapeuta com treino em Psicanálise Clínica Individual, Psicanálise de Grupos, Analista Institucional, Gestalt Terapeuta, EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, níveis I e II; Hipnoterapeuta Ericksoniana, pelo Instituto Milton H. Erickson de Belo Horizonte. Atuou em ambulatório no NEPAD/UERJ, Colônia Juliano Moreira e IBRAPSI.

João Paulo Lyra da Silva, Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Brasil.

Graduação em Medicina na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Residência em Clínica Médica; Especialização em Medicina do Trabalho pela Universidade Federal Fluminense; e em Psiquiatria Social. Mestrado e doutorado em Saúde Pública pela Fundação Oswaldo Cruz. Atualmente é Médico do Instituto Municipal Philippe Pinel atuando no setor de atenção a usuários abusivos de álcool e drogas.
